This limited edition print is a faithful reproduction of the original ink painting 50 x 50 cms, inspired by a seemingly magical, starlit sky which lights up the cliffs and beaches on the winter solstice. 
 
The magnificent coastal view is based upon the area between Eastbourne and Brighton and the chalk cliff-lined beaches such as those at Cuckmere Haven, Birling Gap, Hope Gap, Cow Gap and the Seven Sisters. The winter solstice marking the special moment in the year and the turning point after which we look forward to the daylight hours increasing here in the UK.
