A moonlit scene over the South Downs with May’s full Moon, the 'Flower Moon', inspired by this beautiful time of year in the Sussex landscape, spring is at it’s peak, and everywhere there's new life, and an abundance of blossom and flowers. My favourite month.
 
From my series of small paintings with a painted frame, 'framescapes', this one being an unusual size, and larger than most. Painted in Indian inks onto a prepared a central wood panel with an integral frame with a title, date and signature on the back.
