Listening to a podcast, I was inspired by the latest research into the effects of the Autumn Equinox on all living creatures.
 
One of two special moments in the year when the sun crosses the celestial equator and when the day and night are equal, the Autumn Equinox is a critical signal to all living things of the transition from the warmth of summer to the quiet of winter, a moment of harmony and balance. The Autumn Equinox is also a time of gratitude for nature's fruitfulness and a signal to nature to change behaviour and prepare for the season ahead.
